CUSTOMER INFORMATION PURSUANT TO EU REGULATION 2016/679 AND CURRENT LEGISLATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1 – Data Controller

2 – Nature of the personal data
Personal data collected, identification, accounting, commercial, administrative, tax and any judicial directly related to the Client (as a natural person) or, for essentially identifying and possibly legal data, to other Data Subjects (such as employees, referrals, etc.) communicated in the execution and development of relations with the Controller.

3 – Purpose
The personal data will be processed for the following purposes: i) fulfilment of pre-contractual obligations (e.g., consultation in a database for credit analysis and verification of the existence of reputational criteria) and/or contractual (for the provision of computer products and/or related services suitable for casinos, gaming rooms, slot machines and VLT halls) with inherent and/or consequential performance; ii) compliance with legal obligations and iii) protection of its legitimate interests where necessary.

4 – Legal basis for processing personal data and processing methods
Personal data will be processed in connection with the following legal bases:
i) contractual (for the fulfilment of pre-contractual and/or contractual obligations and the management of the contract with the Data Controller);
ii) legal obligations (for the performance to which the Data Controller is subject);
iii) legitimate interest (for the possible defense of their rights).
The processing of personal data will be carried out in paper form and/or with computer tools in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and, in particular, security measures.
Personal data will not be subject to automated processing or profiling. Personal data will not be subject to dissemination.

5 – Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and its consequences
The provision of personal data is mandatory for the purpose of conducting pre-contractual negotiations, entering into and managing the contract and complying with legal requirements. The refusal to provide personal data will determine the impossibility of concluding the contract.

6 – Recipients of personal data
The personal data may be communicated, in close relation to the purposes indicated above, to the following recipients or categories of recipients: public bodies, police and public security authorities, professionals and consultants in accounting matters, tax and legal, repair companies and/ or installation of electronic/ computer equipment; debt collection companies and contractual advice, banking institutions for the payment of fees. The personal data may be disclosed to third parties to whom the controller would entrust the performance of certain processing activities designated as responsible for processing pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the employees and/ or collaborators of the Controller or the Group Companies specially trained, as well as appointed and authorised to process.

7 – Storage period
The data processed will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. The criteria used to determine the retention period are also those established by the Italian law on limitation, including civil and tax legislation regarding the processing of administrative-accounting data.

8 – Data transfer abroad
Personal data will not be transferred abroad to countries other than those belonging to the European Union, which do not ensure adequate levels of protection for individuals.

9 – Rights of the data subject (art. 15-22 GDPR)
You may ask at any time – provided that the necessary conditions are met – to the Data Controller for confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, access to personal data, rectification etc. 15-22 GDPR 679/2016. You also have the right to object to processing for legitimate reasons. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor. The rights mentioned above may be exercised by sending a request to the Data Controller, also via e-mail PEC or by registered letter to the addresses indicated above accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document.
